TRACK A SHIPMENT
Once your RockItWear order has been shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your order history. You will also be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email.

UPS 2 Day Air
Orders of $49 or more will receive FREE Ground Shipping. Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.
We reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
Note: We cannot ship to a PO Box or APO/ FPO address or any address outside the US.
UPS Ground: Properly completed orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Therefore you can expect to receive your order in 5-8 business days, depending on the final destination.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Properly completed orders received prior to 12:00pm will be processed the same business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect delivery 2 business days after your order is shipped.
UPS Next Day Air: Properly completed orders received prior to 12:00pm will be processed the same business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect delivery 1 business day after the order is shipped.

REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. And we will feel deeply embarrassed for a bit. (Then hopefully we'll all get over it and continue to RockIt together)
You may check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our track my order page. This is by far the easiest and fastest way to get the most up to date information about your order(s).
Keep in Mind: Your order information may not appear in your order history on www.rockitwear.us for up to 1 hour.
When you click on track my order you will be prompted to sign in with your e-mail address and password. The Order History page will show you detailed information about all of your current and past orders.
After your order has shipped, your tracking number will be displayed if the carrier offers order tracking. You can click on this number to view the delivery status of your order (a shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 48 business hours).
Although we would love to be able to answer all of your questions, any questions regarding the status of a package that has already been assigned a tracking number should be directed to the shipping company (UPS). To contact the shipping company, simply click on the tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website where more information is available.
HOW DO I SEND BACK A RETURN?
Not happy with your RockIT product? Return it to us within 30 days, and we'll give you a full refund. Please follow the steps below:
US Customers: To return your items, please re-package the products (including the original packing slip) and ship them to the address below:

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
In order to be processed, returned items must adhere to the following packaging requirements:
Undies: Women’s Undies must be unworn, in the original packaging, with the packaging included.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.
AM I ABLE TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE?
At this time we are unable to process exchanges.
AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE A GIFT?
Unfortunately at this time we are only able to process refunds and not exchanges. Upon returning the item/s, the original credit card or PayPal will be refunded and the items can be replaced with a new order. We are working hard to create a seamless exchange process in the near future.
